There are three leadership teams parents can participate in: Board of Directors - responsible for the strategic direction of the school, maintaining accountability for the school budget and managing the hiring and annual reviews for the Head of School. School Accountability Committee - responsible for understanding the district accountability requirements, providing the annual strategic plan and accountability report for review by the FHM Board of Directors, supporting the Head of School through research, school surveys, and networking to ensure that FHM's curriculum is resulting in continous improvement based on appropriate assessments. Community Support Network - responsible for providing a welcoming environment for the community of parents through a variety of events, coordinating volunteers, providing mentoring for new families, and managing fundraising.
